This policy explains what Win Big ("we", "us") collects on this website, why, and who we share it with. Win Big is the in-store prize game run on behalf of participating automotive dealerships during their sales events, under the Official Rules shown in the game.

What we collect

  • The PIN from your mail piece, or the sale's Job number, which identifies the sale event and the dealership running it.
  • The contact information you verify in the game: name, address, and — if you choose to give them — phone number and email address.
  • The salesperson helping you and how you heard about the sale, when the dealership asks.
  • Your answers to the quick customer survey, including any vehicle details you choose to share.
  • The prize the game awarded you.
  • Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and to measure how the site performs.
  • An anonymous visitor ID stored in a cookie on the device, plus its type (phone, tablet or computer), so we can count plays and see how well the program works. It doesn't identify you and isn't used for advertising.

We do not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth or driver's license number on this site, and nothing here checks your credit. Any such details on the printed registration sheet are completed by hand with the dealership, not online.

How we use it

  • To find your mail piece's sale event, run the game and record the prize you won.
  • To give the participating dealership your visit and survey answers so it can award your prize and help you in person.
  • To make sure each mail piece plays once and to measure the program's results.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse of the site.

Nothing is sent to you after you play: no texts, calls or emails come from this site.

Who we share it with

Your information is shared with the participating dealership, with the sweepstakes sponsor named in the Official Rules for prize fulfillment, and with service providers that help us operate the program (for example, hosting and our campaign management platform), who may use it only to provide those services. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and security

We keep play records for as long as needed to run and measure the program and to meet legal obligations. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited to people who need it.

Your choices

To ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted, email us as described under Contact us below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we will honor them as required.
